WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND
The workshop will focus on the business and entrepreneurial aspects of planning and starting a craft brewing or distilling enterprise. The goal is to provide attendees with the necessary knowledge and framework to create their personalized business plan. The course will be highly interactive with small group activities, one-on-one coaching and time to do hands on research and development of the plan as content is introduced. Various case studies of planned and existing breweries / distilleries will be used throughout the course. Upon completion of the workshop, attendees should have a realistic view of their plan with data supporting their strategy. Attendees will receive paper and electronic versions of the workshop material. Free wi-fi is available during the class and attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet to enable research during the workshop
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Entrepreneurs interested in opening a brewery and/or distillery. Attendees do not need to have any brewing or distilling experience, but an interest in beer, brewing, craft spirits is recommended.
COST OF ATTENDANCE
$595 per workshop attendee which includes conference registration. Class fee includes paper and electronic copies of the material, coffee, snacks and lunch.
